What you'll need:
6 egg whites,
1 1/2 cups sugar,
Flavor
Something to beat with. I used a mixer (not a hand one, but you can us a hand one if you want).What to do:
Put your egg whites in a bowl or a mixer bowl if you have one. Now slowly stir in the sugar.

Until it looks somewhat like this:

Bring a pot of water to a simmer (your bowl should be touching the water a little)
once your water is ready put your bowl in and mix until it doesn't feel grainy through your fingers.

Now take it off of the pot and put your flavor in. I did lemon. I used one teaspoon but you might want to use a little more.

Turn the oven to 200 farenheit.
Beat it until it forms a stiff peak. It should be at a high speed.

Put the batter in a frosting bag (I don't have one so I just used a sandwich bag).
Once you've done that put the batter on your tray.


Put the trays in the oven for one hour and 30 minutes.
Rotate them at 45 minutes, that's halfway through.
Then they are done!
